The California economy is improving now. Bush and the Texas energy companies deserve more blame than Davis for the recession. Most of what the GOP claims about Davis is now history, plus they also refuse to accept their responsibility for a big part of our problems, mostly for their phony energy crisis, which BTW is still happening to some degree. Energy companies continue gouging with Bush-Cheney support.
