I Am Able To Get My Account Window

But I didn't trade Friday nor am I holding any open positions in my IB Account. If you have open Globex positions since they can't value them until they get the Globex feed restored they are not valuing the account.

I am not getting any data (the only data that I would expect to get for the symbols I have on IB is Globex and there is a note on the site status screen that Globex is unavailable.)
