Of the proposals I can make, they are more of a generic longer-term way, such as:

(a) make fewer enemies, and work with the world
(b) get the bureaucrats out of the way to natural healing
(c) let the market seek its own clearing level
(d) do not spend more than you make
(e) do not seek maximum leverage in every trade
(f) stay away from margin debt
(g) be fair
(h) do not be greedy
(i) obey the ten commandments
(j) …
