Amateur Investor was concerned about the banking sector for several weeks believing that a potential head and shoulders formation would resolve to the downside. It did not. Instead the BKX ran higher rather than heading lower. Now the SOX is encountering some trouble moving higher. At the same time it is not exactly breaking down. Far from it. Long term weekly and monthly charts merely show a bit of indecision. If we did not have so much bullish sentiment present I would be much more optimistic about the market's future. RtS
