I personally would let him go. We will eventually find him and his weapons but there are some more pressing issues than his life

1) France and Germany are uniting Europe against US. Information about WMD would totally discredit France and UN would be forced to provide troops under any US conditions. Europeans would also have to put up some cash

2) Democrats platform right now is mainly Iraq. WMD would evaporate any chances of democrats winning elections and sending us deeper into economic hole.

3) 1/3 of small Belarus is contaminated with radiation so maybe he would get a villa that glows in the dark

4) There are on and off talks between Russia and Belarus of either stronger economic ties or a union similar to US states. If either of this talks would ever to succeed then sadam is a toast. With muslim terror raging in the chechniya russia would unlikely to harbor sadam
