Diamond Lanes are another bother - BUT I usually let the Taxi's back - but never drivers. What are Diamond Lanes and what are drivers supposed to do when encountering them? Bye4Now, FD. Driving habits by city... Toronto: I've never seen so many people driving with their left arm hanging out the window. Kitchener: If you see a driver using the turn signal, you can bet he's from out of town. The locals don't seem to know what they're for. London: Traffic lights seem redundant -- Red means go, green means go, and yellow means accelerate. No kidding, you'll see more people driving through red lights in London in a week than you'll see in a year anywhere else.
