I have a bet that PEX and Ballad and the two most undervalued stocks on the planet, relative to what else is out there only.. of course. The trouble is winning that bet does not change their value. You always want to buy undervalued stocks but you don't necessarily hope that everyone always feels that way. EC<:-}
