I assume that comment was made in the heat of the moment, not after rational reflection. It is quite possible to hate a person (though that really says more about you than about him), but if he is guilty of war crimes so are most of the members of Congress, including several of the leading Democratic candidates for President.

I think starting a war like he has done is very serious.
Around 300 US troops have been killed, and probably over
a thousand have been injured. Many thousands of Iraqis
have died. We went against the entire world to do this.

If this is not serious enough to think of war crimes, and indictment, I don't know what is.
