OK, here's the response I got to the question of whether or not the IQChart "team" still monitors this board: We visit it from time to time. Mostly we have our hands full with customer input via email It is the shits that we are dealing with this problem right now as we were working to get out backup feed in place in the next couple of weeks. -Bill The IQChart Team
