Since John Busby left you guys are no longer user friendly to your customers. If you want to stay in business, follow these tips (just good customer relations techniques): 1. Post answers to the messages on Stock Talk. IQ Chart staff has not answered a single one of them today. 2. Post ‘alerts’ on the popup message board upon opening the program. This gives customers a ‘heads up’ that something’s wrong and takes some pressure off the IQ Chart tech staff (reduces questions).
Bottom line: you need to keep your customers informed so they can make good business decisions. Keeping them in the dark will only drive them away. Stock trading is a competitive business and loyalty works both ways.
