Good column. Clark should have put a bullet in the bastard's head. If he had, I would be voting for him. Seeing pictures of Clinton at Srebrenica over the weekend made me want to gag. The inaction of NATO until that point was inexcusable. Both poliitcal parties in the US should have been ashamed of themselves. If I recall correctly, Bob Dole was the only high profile politician arguing for intervention.

Sorry for the rant on this issue, but the memory of the what happened in Bosnia still turns my stomach.

I think that Clark will probably fade. He does not appear ready for prime time, though I think that he would make a good VP for Dean or Hillary. I still think that Clark is a stalking horse for Hillary. Presumably, you saw Safire's column today.
