In case anyone missed this ... Dear Customers, Our satellite feed is back up. Data is flowing into the system again. First, I want to apologize in the strongest possible terms. We know the system doesn't have the best track record for uptime and data. We are busting our butts to fix things and make them work. What we are doing to make sure that this never happens again -- 1) We are implementing a backup T1 feed 2) We will have a seperate feed system for delayed data that will provide redundancy. How about the missing data? After the market closes, we will be backfilling the data from a backup data store. -Bill
