I think you'd agree that price does not always catch up to FA. Someone said that today. At bottoms it's the other way around. Price leads fundamentals out of lows and lags it out of highs. This reflects the inertia of human emotion (sentiment). At the bottom the inertia keeps the sentiment negative for too long. At the top the inertia keeps it blissful too long.
