How does one put a value of riches in the training of thousands in the howto of doing huge projects. The military even if only playing is on the job training for mega logistics. But technology and system ignoramuses just cannot see it. LOL.... One could argue that a better ROE would be possible with a more focused way of training. They are usually idiots who believe no bad people exist who don't care about being nice and fair.... LOL..... After 911 it is mind boggling that so many idiots are still around, but it's Buddy McKee true.
