Arik, My last post meant to say that we have been talking "circuit breaker rules" over the last few weeks and now cnbc starts talking halts. It was only recently they raised the levels, I'm most sure of this. First buy program kicked in but this will not hold and we go back and test the lows this afternoon on the Dow and other indices. Bonds will dictate stock action now. Also, notice that out of favor gold stock are up across the board: ABX, NEM, PDG, ECO and the important XAU gold silver index has crossed above 100 after being beaten down recently. If it closes above 100 it will test resistance at 105 area, IMHO. Regards. JT
