From what I see, very little has failed. We are getting tests of breakouts. The tests on some stocks could go lower. But, the indexes cannot dip too much more. As a matter of fact, I am not really sure where we are. We either topped and are now moving impulsively, or we are doing a nice a-b-c correction and will move to new highs. My only problem with that is that I cannot find an Elliott Wave count that will accomodate a move back to new highs. Can you?
