Howard, I agree with you. New to E-Trade and have had several problems, trades not getting executed, getting rejected, etc... The worst is waiting for the slow ass server to connect while I watch the stock I want go up. Phone calls?? FORGET IT. On hold 30 minutes each time. They were supposed to credit me 3 free trades over the week and I called and they had none on record, I had to remember who I talked to and told me that, I did not know. I have looked at others but I own a few OTCBB stocks and Datek and Lombard do not trade these so I have to go with E-Trade for now. Yesterday I tried to make a sell and a buy at once. Sell went through then they rejected my buy, twice!! Then the stock went up nice and I got screwed only to see the one I sold jump up!! AAHHH. Just my .02 Ryan
