Looks like Bookham is buying NUFO with NUFO's money. Yes, in some ways, no, in others. The deal, from the PR, calls for NUFO to distribute some $140M in cash to shareholders....so, I guess we all get a slice of the pie. I need to look at the fine print more carefully to understand why this deal doesn't or does make sense.....though my measely 1k shares will probably not be enough to stop the Board.
