Who gives a sht. We have diverted 1000 times that amount to the coffers of Israelis. The fact is that both Sharon and Arafat are shtheads, but they are still the democratically elected leaders of their people. And until their people decide otherwise, an objective, just, fair and honest broker will need to work with both of those sh*theads. Americans are Americans and not pawns for Israel. The middle East needs a fair and just solution and you can not have such with a president who plays favorites and is not objective. It's about time that an honest broker (the US) forged a peace deal between Israel and Palestine. And in order for that peace deal to happen, both need to trust us that we ARE an honest and just broker. Otherwise, I would suggest that the next president go full force out and convert the energy needs of our country away from oil and towards alternative and domestically developed energy sources, and then take the carrot, our aid and money from that region and tell them all to go to hell. Cause the hate for America from that area is not because they hate Americans or America but because they hate our government's one sided policy towards Israel.
