I have no first hand experience with it. I knew my sister was pretty easy to switch the job. But she is in management position, not a real professional job. Also the teaching job can now make big bucks in China. Like America, the high-middle school teachers are making more than the college professors. Very strange. I think female teachers are welcome. Never know why people don't like to be a teacher before. I think it is a good career.
