Bush not the only one addressing the UN. Wonder how much coverage this will get in the US media.

U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan has criticized the Bush administration's position that the United States has the right to take pre-emptive military action when threatened.

In remarks opening the United Nations General Assembly, Mr. Annan said unilateral military action outside the U.N. Charter represents a fundamental challenge to the principles the United Nations was based on.
