but you and I differ in that I am a proponent of paying the workforce in stock. Forget the options debate for a moment, that is just accounting. I am in favor of compensating workers with a stake in the company, in addition to salary. I think that is very important, so bearing that in mind, I would like to see capital gains apply to everyone. This is not realistic now I know. You know whats really scary.... this is a capitalist concept that sounds like it borders on socialism doesn't it?!
