In the bizarre saga of the spurned sheep sitting in the Persian Gulf there is now a proposal to "dump" the problem in Iraq. Debka files has posted an alert about the rumor of there being a Russian submarine piloted by salivating Siberian Huskies and English Sheepdogs and has been circling the sheep ship for the last day or two.
