I just read this in International Herald Tribune. This must hurt :-) Iraqis in Baghdad hold Chirac in higher regard than Bush and Blair - Chirac's rating was 42% favorable to Bush's 29% and Blair's 20%. iht.com Read the article. It's pretty interesting. Iraqis apparently "remain greatly skeptical about the motives of the US". There's good news as well, though - Bremer has a 47% favorable rating. 28% think Bremer is doing a good job (slightly better than the 25% who say he is doing a poor job). And nearly two thirds of Baghdad residents say "the removal of the Iraqi dictator has been worth the hardships they have been forced to endure" :-)
