Michael, This is what it said: "The Company's ASP for PC systems decreased 15% in the third quarter of Fiscal 97 compared to the third quarter of Fiscal 96, primarily due to aggressive pricing for, and a shift in product mix toward, the Company's lower-end systems. In addition, the Company's ASP for PC systems in the third quarter and first nine months of fiscal 97 were adversely impacted during those periods by a decline in value of RAM products incorporated in the Company's PC systems partially offset by an increase in average RAM content per system to approximately 36MB." Seems to me that MU has shifted the burden for some of the DRAM losses to MUEI shareholders. And 36MB is a huge average . Kathleen
