IPT-PCTY-Hallmark-I was a Binney and Smith holder during it's departure many years ago-Both have sufficent funds for acquisitions.

Hallmark-

Hall, Jr., Hallmark president and chief executive officer. Late last year Hallmark revised its profit-sharing plan to create more diversity and flexibility in employees' investments – in particular, reducing the amount invested in Hallmark stock – with the hope of shielding employees as much as possible from the risks of concentrating investments in a single security. "These modifications allow for both added stability and flexibility for employees," Hall added. "At the same time, we can ensure that the company will continue to have significant funds available for investing in Hallmark's businesses and future growth."
