don, i disagree b/c the people top 5% of folks who own 70% of america will see their tax rate PLUNGE, while the middle class will see it SKYROCKET.

either that, or we see more money borrowed by the govt to cover less income in the form of taxes.

i think it is fair that those who own 70% of america pay 70% of the tax burden.

of course, those who disagree with this premise will likely reach different conclusion regarding tax policy.
