First Y2K case goes to court Interesting news reported today at news.com regarding cash registers that can't handle year 2000 dates. My guess is that the "attorney's fees" will far outweight the $10,000 in damages sought. Curious that the problem only occurred for a few weeks. Presumably they replaced the offending cash registers after that?
