S seems to be in a W4 of a rally which started on Sept 10 (60-30min). If that's the case, it would be time for this stock to break out in a little W5, and that's why it is holding up. Since the market is weak, the 5 will probably end up being weak - or failing altogether. At least that's the way the chart looks to me.
