I agree with you for the most part. One thing that makes me think that DDIM may crater fairly quickly, though, is the resignation of the CFO (and COO). This indicates (to me) that they are cooking the books to such a degree that the CFO felt that his personal liability outweighed the possible gains to be made in the stock. And you know that he must have had some very lucrative stock options that he could have cashed in if he had stayed.

Companies where the CFO resigns are often very good shorts.
