See that BOLDED headline you submitted here? "asked by Bush" is BS low truth crap, when you know this has been going on since at least '81 without any Presidents intervention. You can just as fairly say "were asked by CLINTON throughout his 8 years, to pay for their own hospital meals," and then conclude that HE asked American boys to die, and HE sent them hospital bills to pay, and HE is a "lying criminal traitor P.O.S."
