Okay Jochen, if your nations combined military and post Cold War reunification costs are similar to our contributions as a % of GDP than I stand corrected. I see that Gerhard seems to have had some second thoughts about following Chirac's lead. Also, seeing Putin eager to get even more energy leverage over Europe through Iraq must have motivated him to leave the past behind. I am glad to see Germany is joining the Coalition of the Willing, there is much good to be done in Iraq for the mutual benefit of the Iraqi's and those who help them become a progressive growing country.
