The only thing I meant by that was the link was not to MIT per se but to an article published by the Cato institute. That gives it a different standing in my mind. And the MIT reference was not to some position of the university but to a specific faculty member. So it was never about the university but rather something that carried the approval stamp of the Cato institute. That just needs to be put in the equation.
