Well, we are now in complete agreement. Hopefully, that will hang around for a moment. Dirty chimneys are not on the agenda. It's about acid rain and the costs of doing something serious about it.

One of the points I made in my original post, I gather you missed it, was that surely a way could be found to cut down on acid raid and its effects while addressing the issues of the costs of doing so. That was Clinton's way. The Bush way is simply to ignore. What acid rain, they say.
