Why didn't Bush lay out a plan for post-war Iraq? That was the focus of his presidency, to invade Iraq, but he failed miserably to anticipate one single danger we faced after the war, and there were many-many who warned him, including John Kerry I might add. That single failure will cost us several hundred billion dollars and perhaps 1000 US lives, plus thousands more maimed and wounded.
