This is the main area where we just disagree.

Of course the terror problem is not solved. But I believe the solution is being proactive. If we had sat on our hands and done nothing, I believe there would have been another 9-11 style of attack.

Could you have honestly said on 9-12-01 that today 2 years later, there would not have been another attack? I don't think so. I think that can be attributed to us being proactive.
