I ought to expand it slightly, actually... Maybe I could point out that if you actually burn down the target's lowly house before dumping sht on the plot, and then expect the surviving inhabitants to welcome you for freeing them from their ramshackle conditions, you may be disappointed. Likewise their neighbours may not see precisely why they should now pay to have the sht removed and the house rebuilt... But all this should equally be clear :)
