Dale Baker is currently a fund manager for Internet Asset Management in Zurich. IAM advises the Irish Life International E-Fund and the PEH Ideal Internet Fund (offshore funds). Baker founded the 50% Gains Investing thread on Silicon Investor in 1997 and started a 50% Gains Investing column on TigerInvestor in May 1999. The 50% Gains portfolio scored a 150% increase in 1999 and a 30% YTD increase through May 2000. Prior to his investing career, Baker was a public affairs officer for the US Information Agency for 13 years serving in Africa and Eastern Europe.
