Here's some news to explain everything since Feb.: Friday August 8 2:17 PM EDT National Media stake held by Joseph Harrosh WASHINGTON, Aug 8 (Reuter) - Fremont, Calif., investor Joseph Harrosh said Friday he holds a 5.57 percent stake or 1,391,600 shares in National Media Corp, a Philadelphia-based producer of infomercials. In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Harrosh said he acquired the shares between Feb. 24 and Aug. 6. He most recently purchase was 242,500 shares on August 6 at $6.80 each. Harrosh said he holds the shares for investment ``because the shares appear to be substantially undervalued.''
