On Sept 11, 2001 we saw the results of trying to pressure 3rd and 4th world countries with pockets of anarchy to submit to high pressure oil pipeline deals. Since then we have seen the results of lashing out at random to score transitory political points. Give me the Clinton strategy any day, it was working.
