G R E E N S P A N, his printing press and 1% access to these new dollar bills. The money supply has increased cause he has flooded the market with newly created dollars and then made rates low enough to attract and entice borrowing to the hilt by the consumer.

Hint: Just like he did for Y2K fears. And oneday he's going to yank the new money rug out form under the economy, dry up the supply of new dollars, raise the rates, and crash the market yet again.

His insane policies keeps the MarkIt bouncing wildly from bubble to crash, burying long term pension plans, savers, long term investors, and the poor suckers who load up on his cheap debt along the way.
