Good question. There have been knockoffs for quite some time now - so competition verifies the business. Some of the reasons I like Tup include (in addition to those mentioned in original email)
1. Capital costs are relatively low
2. European sales are bulk of sales and I want some Euro exposure.
3. Insider buys (this is key for me and I like to see it spread across number of individuals)
4. Simple business and solid brand name
