John, I do give up. You are full of dichotomies and pure bullshit. This is your original post that initiated our discussion... "Repeatedly, he has put issues on the table--AIDS in Africa, education in the US--... " YOU stated GWB's AIDS and education programs are not funded...I challenged that and invited you to prove it.
