Darn Fred, Competition is so brutal in memory its been whittled down to only the leanest of player. Personally I think AMD is dead meat-the only thing they can do is bleed money and they still don't have a 300mm fab. Intel is running three. They're dead meat spending stockholders eqquity,if it weren't for their flash memory they'd be in the coffin. JMHO Bob
