Hi RtS, Naw,I know Texas was selling off the stock they got with the sale to MU. I thought Intc bought 2% of MU around 01/02. But I might be dreaming. Futures looking good - but I'm not sure what fair value is. Expecting a bounce tomorrow. Bob
