To all: an update on channel partner programs from Bill Wall: *********** I thought you might be interested to know that our BorderManager Boot Camp is turning out to be very successful. We have more than 600 of our key partners attending this high level technical training. In fact we are scheduling additional training because we have a wait list of partners who want to be trained. An additional piece of news you might be interested in. We are rolling out to our channel partners a web based sales lead management system called, "Novell Live Leads". Right now we are in beta with our Platinum Council members. The strategy is to respond faster to our customers and to help our channel with customer follow-up and generating additional revenue.
