Yippy yohoo! Feels like we've been orphaned again.

Ownership changes hands
But we still get the same old treatment.
Like we're second class citizens or somethin'
And rarely, if ever are our queries addressed directly.
As if we're not good enough
Or worth mgmt's time to bring us into the know.

Of course, I'm sure when Bob does chime in he'll have a valid reason for both the search not working as well as why he's not addressed(or fixed) the problem yet.....

..... firmly securing my foot in my mouth.

Heck, I'd even eat the retread on my shoes if that would get the damn search working.
