Well, you don't "know" this either, since you didn't see what he did or talk to the judge. You don't meet the standard of info you set for him. You are saying that the judge could not have himself counted the number of power plants, seen them come online, etc. You are probably correct. But you are also saying that because he didn't, this necessarily throws the validity of the info in doubt. (You are also implying that any info he might have gotten from Bremer or any gov't official is suspect.) Taking this to its logical conclusion would mean that we all en masse would have to see with our own eyes everything that gets talked about in the media before we believed anything. I'll pass.
