CNBC editors: Guiliani was just on, stumping for BioShield. Why can't someone just ask, in a very public forum, about the factors which are holding up the bill? It's simple.... defense contractors have (modern times) always been paid up-front to provide the critical technology which is necessary to defend (ethnocentric, here) our country. Next time, please just simply ask "what the heck is behind Senator Byrd's logic?" The guy, IMO, risks being solely responsible for millions of innocent lives. Earth to Byrd......... it takes little sophistication and/or money to put together a very dangerous microbiology lab.
