Bob, The case did not fail because Windows didn't copy Mac, it was dismissed because AAPL had done some licensing of certain feautures for Windows 1.0 and the judge took the opinion that the area was too grey and that it was not in the "public interest" to stop MSFT. Stop trying to reinvent the past in order to justify your anti-Mac views.
